Christal M. Jackson is the founder of Head and Heart Philanthropy, the parent company to Mosaic Genius, a social impact agency focused on improving social, economic, and educational outcomes for communities of color. Christal attributes her success to having been groomed for leadership by the church.
Two decades ago, she launched a boutique fund development and branding firm focused on serving the philanthropic needs of socially conscious individuals and community organizations. This was the launching pad to her working with some of the biggest names in sports, politics, and entertainment.
Christal is one of EBONY magazine’s Future 30 Leaders of America. She also serves on several boards including The New Community Transformation Fund, WOCStar Fund and is the first female board chair of color of the Africa America Institute.
